PULASTIC F/L- ADDITIONAL POLYURETHANE LAYER

REPAIRS TO SPLITS & HOLES IN PULASTIC SURFACE

There were a considerable number of splits/cracks & holes in the Pulastic surface, all over the floor area but more intense in the area infront of the Cricket Nets which SSUK repaired prior to the installation of the Pulastic F/L system

We also used a Polyurethane levelling mastic over the depression on the base day joint & to repair a raised ridge across the width of the hall

Following the repairs; the Application Technique was as follows:

Sand the existing floor reducing line marking to a minimum.

  1. Apply “SSUK Pulastic F/L Coating“, at the manufacturers recommended rate by Trowel.
  2. Apply Pulastic PU221 final Polyurethane Mat Paint Finish.
