PULASTIC F/L- ADDITIONAL POLYURETHANE LAYER
REPAIRS TO SPLITS & HOLES IN PULASTIC SURFACE
There were a considerable number of splits/cracks & holes in the Pulastic surface, all over the floor area but more intense in the area infront of the Cricket Nets which SSUK repaired prior to the installation of the Pulastic F/L system
We also used a Polyurethane levelling mastic over the depression on the base day joint & to repair a raised ridge across the width of the hall
Following the repairs; the Application Technique was as follows:
Sand the existing floor reducing line marking to a minimum.
- Apply “SSUK Pulastic F/L Coating“, at the manufacturers recommended rate by Trowel.
- Apply Pulastic PU221 final Polyurethane Mat Paint Finish.
- Re-line mark as below:

1 No Netball Court Yellow
1 No Volleyball Court Green
4 No Basketball keys (practice) Blue/TBC
BADMINTON COURTS IN BLOCK COLOURS
Paint the Basketball Court “inner court” in Dusty Grey Ref 506 & Iron Grey Ref 507 colour to perimeter/surround and centre circle and keys from the Pulastic Standard Colour Range – exact demarcation to be confirmed prior.
