This project involved the refurbishment of a large 1,265sqm hall  (36.17m x 34.98m). The existing vinyl and undercarriage floor had suffered wear and damage, requiring targeted repair works before a new sports surface could be installed.

Our team first carried out a structural repair of an 8.46m x 10m area at a 40mm depth, ensuring the subfloor was safe, level and ready for the next stage.

We then supplied and installed our SSUK Pulastic 65xls system in Dusty Grey (506), a high-performance sports floor designed to deliver comfort, durability and excellent resistance to mechanical loads.

To complete the project, we applied multi-sport court markings, fitted hockey skirting, and installed door thresholds, ensuring a fully functional, professional-quality finish.

This installation not only revitalised the hall but also provided the school with a long-lasting, versatile sports surface that will serve students for years to come.
