Sports Surfaces UK is now offering annual maintenance contracts for existing Pulastic and Uni-Turf sports floors. These are designed for schools, leisure centres and sports facilities that want to maintain safe playing conditions and extend the life of their floor.
Many of the facilities we support come back to us year after year for this service, as it keeps their sports hall looking great whilst meeting health and safety expectations.

This service provides a complete refresh of your Pulastic or Uni-Turf sports floor, restoring performance, appearance and safety.
Our specialist team will:
Supply all labour, equipment and specialist machinery
Carry out an industrial mechanical deep clean to remove built-up dirt, grease, and residue from cleaning products
Restore surface grip and appearance
We can include up to 15 small repairs / small paint touch-ups where scuffed if required, no bigger than a 50p coin
The work is carried out over one full day. The hall will need to remain unused overnight, but can be back in normal use the following day.
This service includes everything from Option 1, with the addition of specialist cleaning products for regular maintenance.
Our specialist team will:

Provide 2 x Eco Detergent, which the team can bring to site to support your ongoing maintenance between annual visits
The work is carried out over one full day. The hall will need to remain unused overnight, but can be back in normal use the following day.
We can carry out spot repairs to your SSUK Pulastic sports surface – usually caused by mechanical damage by sharp objects. We simply cut out the damaged section and infill with liquid polyurethane, followed by the application of the final paint layer. This can be completed within a few hours.
Should your Uni-Turf sports surface get damaged or worn out (the bowlers run up for example), our trained team can simply remove and replace the old section with a new section of material within a matter of hours, minimising downtime for the use of the floor.
We offer a Sand & Seal service where we sand the surface of the floor to bare timber and apply two coats of approved Sport Sealant. We then apply court markings/logos in recommended colours and a third coat of sealant over the full area – restoring to its former glory.
